a movable pulley is when the pulley moves together with the load.
a fixed pulley is when the effort and the load moves opposite direction.

A Fixed pulley is when the effort and the load moves at the opposite direction!

A fixed pulley does not move with the load while a movable pulley does.

A movable pulley moves in a same direction while a fixed pulley move in a different direction.
